About M. Ryan Motz

M. Ryan Motz is a Cincinnati-based real estate broker with deep roots in the Queen City and a comprehensive understanding of its residential and commercial markets. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ryan brings a lifelong familiarity with the region’s neighborhoods, development corridors, and investment landscape—an advantage that consistently benefits his clients.
 
Ryan began his real estate career in 2020 with Comey & Shepherd, where he quickly established himself as a versatile agent working across both single-family residential and multifamily investment assets. During his time there, he completed more than $20 million in sales volume, representing a balanced mix of 50% residential and 50% multifamily investment transactions.
 
After completing his 40th closed transaction, Ryan advanced his credentials by upgrading from a salesperson license to a full broker’s license in the State of Ohio. Over the past two years, his focus has shifted toward commercial real estate, where he now specializes in investment sales, tenant-focused representation, and national expansion support.
 
Ryan currently serves as Tire Discounters’ broker of record for Ohio, collaborating with both in-market and out-of-market brokerage teams to support acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic site selection across the region. His blend of residential roots, investment acumen, and corporate expansion work allows him to navigate complex transactions with a practical, data-driven, and client-focused approach.
